About This Quiz

For this quiz, we bring into focus the prophets of the Bible. The Good Book is full of prophetic wisdom that we name so that you can choose the special foretellers responsible for communicating it. In fact, we provide three whole hints to get your brain working in the right direction.

It's an understatement that prophets were sensitive people. They were called and chose to accept the unpopular task of speaking truth to power and rebellious populations. Christian prophets carry the weight of truth and responsibility that most humans are not mentally equipped to sustain. So, these faithful workers of the faith deserve some shine time in this biblical test.

Obedience propels an ordinary person, sensitive enough to receive visions, to prophet status. Discernment is also an important piece of the "what-makes-for-a-prophet" puzzle. There are people, even Christian followers, who experience spiritual signs daily, but only a few of them possess the discernment necessary to know what it is they are witnessing. And, last but not least, courage completes the makeup of a prophet. Without courage, Elijah could not have resisted 850 false prophets at once, and the vast majority of the seers we admire would not have been able to confront powerful rulers.

Now it's time for you to confront our highly-informative Bible feat. Have fun soaking up these prophet facts that might be new to you!
